Dr. CHEN Zhimin is the Dean of the School of International Relations and Public Affairs, Fudan University, Shanghai, China, a professor of international relations and a Jean Monnet Chair professor of European foreign policy. He serves as member of Advisory Board or editorial committee of several international journals, such as The Hague Journal of Diplomacy and Asia Europe Journal. His research interests include international relations theory, diplomacy studies, Chinese foreign policy and EU studies.
