Tim Webster is a lecturer and research scholar at Yale Law School and a fellow at the China Law Center, where he works on constitutional law, public interest litigation and criminal procedure. His scholarship on Chinese Law, Japanese Law, International Law and Human Rights appeared most recently in the Columbia Journal of Asian Law, Michigan Journal of International Law, and Nordic Journal of International Law. Previously Tim clerked for Judge Joseph L. Tauro in Boston and practiced transnational litigation in the New York and Tokyo offices of Morrison Foerster. He taught Chinese law at Berkeley and legal writing at Cornell.
