University of Oregon Confucius Institute for Global China Studies hosts a screening of Zhang Yimou's film "Riding Alone for Thousands of Miles"
Where
Riding Alone for Thousands of Miles is a film from Zhang Yimou, one of China’s most famous directors. The plot follows an older Japanese man who has not been close to his son since his wife died. When the man learns the son has been diagnosed with cancer, he travels to the son’s home in China on a quest for redemption.
