U.S.-China Film Gala Dinner (Deadline to Register Oct. 26)

Asia Society Southern California's Entertainment and Media in Asia (EMASIA) Program hosts the U.S.-China Film Gala Dinner and will feature two keynote addresses from Han Sanping, Chairman, China Film Group and Lewis Coleman, President and CFO, DreamWorks Animation SKG.

Keynote Addresses from Han Sanping and Lewis Coleman

The U.S.-China Film Gala Dinner is an event in support of the Asia Society and its entertainment and Media in Asia Program.The Awards Dinner will feature two keynote addresses from Han Sanping, Chairman, China Film Group, who will receive the 2012 China Visionary of the Year award, and Lewis Coleman, President and CFO, DreamWorks Animation SKG, will receive the 2012 U.S. Visionary of the Year award.

China Film Group Corporation is the exclusive importer of Hollywood and International films into China and China's largest producer, distributor and exhibitor. DreamWorks Animation SKG recently announced a joint venture with China to build a $350 million studio and the development of a $3.1 billion cultural and entertainment district in Shanghai.

THE AUDIENCE:

The Gala Dinner brings together prominent representatives of the motion picture industry from the United States and China who are interested in co-production in China.
