Storyteller Clara Yen with Stories from China
The Kensington Library in Kensington, CA presents Storyteller Clara Yen as part of their Chinese New Year celebration.
Where
As a child, Storyteller Clara Yen listened to the stories of her parents as they spoke about their childhoods in China. She re-creates those memories for herself, for her parents, and for her listeners by delicately weaving family lore with folk tales, and English with Mandarin.
Come join us in celebrating Chinese New Year. For ages 3 and up. The library is open Mon & Tues 12 to 8, closed Weds, open Thurs 10 to 6, Fridays 1 to 5 and Saturdays 10 to 5. (510) 524-3043.
