Experience the long-awaited return of Shen Wei Dance Arts to Los Angeles. Shen Wei and his company amazed Music Center audiences in 2003 with his distinctive, multi-disciplinary approach to creating vibrant and inspiring works. The company is founded upon new dance techniques and a unique hybrid of western and eastern cultures. Connect Transfer is a 70 minute masterful combination of movement, music, dance and visual arts, and will be performed in the Music Center’s Walt Disney Concert Hall. Thirty Minute Lectures with Shen Wei will take place immediately following all performances, providing intriguing perspective on the choreography and the painting.
