On September 29, 2024, the USC U.S.-China Institute hosted a workshop at the Huntington’s Chinese garden, offering K-12 educators hands-on insights into using the garden as a teaching tool. Screening: Eternal Moment (CAFF 2011)
The 2011 Chinese American Film Festival presents a screening of Eternal Moment.
The movie depicts three scenarios after Yang Zheng and Wen Hui graduated from college. No.1—Wen Hui married Yang Zheng and have a successful career in Beijing. Their marriage had no passion and full of secrets. No. 2—the divorced couple met again on their class reunion when they has a series of running and farces with each other. They finally realized they were not the college sweethearts as they used to be, and love had slipped away. No.3—the divorced Wen Hui called Yang Zheng after getting drunk, prompting the single man Yang Zheng to chase her to Bordeaux, France. Yang caught up in Wen Hui’s family business. Wen Hui finally realized after all these years, Yang Zheng had never changed his feelings about her.
