A Moving Sound, founded in 2001 by composer and performer Scott Prairie, has performed in fifteen countries and been featured on the Discovery Channel in fifty countries. Described as “one of the most original outfits working in the world music arena today,” Scott Prairie and his 5 member band bring the gorgeous sound of Chinese instruments and his wife Mia's ethereal vocals to their CD release tour in the U.S. this fall.
