Asia Society and Japan Society are joining with Nikkei Business Publications, America, to present a seminar, "Reframing Diversity Management for a New Global Economy," at Asia Society in New York City.

With the rise of emerging markets such as China and India, and with ever more M & A activity across all regions of the globe, business management is looking for new means to promote diversity within its global management ranks beyond traditional steps like increasing the number of women. How do we absorb and make use of the different cultures, languages, and values of the new global workforce? How do we support the promotion of diversity management in emerging markets and merge this new management with corporate growth strategy and innovation?
