Panel Discussion - Also Like Life: The Films of Hou Hsiao-hsien
The Weatherhead East Asian Institute at Columbia University presents a panel discussion "Also Like Life: The Films of Hou Hsiao-hsien" on Friday, September 12th from 3:00-4:30pm.
The discussion will be about the work of Taiwan's celebrated filmmaker Hou Hsiao-hsien in conjunction with the Museum of the Moving Image's retrospective "Also Like Life: The Films of Hou Hsiao-hsien."
Presenters include: Ian Buruma, Bard College; Richard Suchenski, editor of the new book Hou Hsiao-hsien; and Richard Pena of Columbia University.
