Dr. Sun Yat-sen's Visits to Los Angeles Exhibition Tour

The Chinese American Museum hosts multiple events to start Dr. Sun Yat-sen's Exhibition Tour.

You are invited to attend the opening activities of a new multi-collaborative exhibition in commemoration of the 100th Anniversary of China's Revolution. The exhibit will feature over 300 reproductions of photographs, manuscripts, historical documents, books, and ephemera on Dr. Sun Yat-sen and the revolution he led in 1911 against the Qing Dynasty.

Exhibition Tour 2011:

  • July 30 - 31:  Oneonta Congregational Church, South Pasadena;
  • August 1 - Sept 4: Old Chinatown at Hellman Quon Building, El Pueblo De Los Angeles Historical Monument
  • Sept 6 - Oct 24:  Cerritos Public Library
  • October 26:  UC Irvine, Student Center
  • Oct 27 - Nov 13:  Chinese Consolidated Benevolent Association, Chinatown
  • Nov 14 - Nov 29:  Monterey Park Bruggemeyer Library
  • Nov 30 - Dec 8:  Asian Pacific Resource Center, LA County Public Library at Rosemead
  • December 9:  UCLA, East Asian Library
