Did the meeting live up to all of the hype? What can we expect going forward concerning the prospects for a new wave of economic experimentation? Who are the likely winners and losers coming out of the Plenum? What do the results tell us about President Xi Jinping's personal political standing and about the Xi administration's policy priorities in the weeks and months ahead? What impact, if any, will it have on the future course of U.S.-China relations?
