Barry Naughton, Professor of Chinese Economy, IR/PS, UCSD Barry Naughton is a Professor of Chinese economy and the So Kwanlok Chair of Chinese International Affairs at the Graduate School of International Relations and Pacific Studies at UCSD. He is a recognized expert on China’s economic reform and US-China economic relations. His latest book is The Chinese Economy: Transitions and Growth, 2007.
