Running in conjunction with the 2007 China Global Conference is “Chang Zhou Meets
Los Angeles 2007”, a 110-member trade delegation led by Mr. Wang Weicheng, mayor
of Chang Zhou. The city, in the heart of China’s explosively-growing Jiangsu province
and a short drive from Shanghai, has tripled in population in the last three years.
Companies participating in the delegation are actively seeking U.S. investment, partners
and distribution channels.
Delegates will showcase projects that are available for equity investment or joint venture
opportunities. Projects are pre-screened, based on industry focus and potential for success,
and are designed for small to mid-sized American companies and investment banking
firms looking to invest in projects in China, as well as for American companies looking
for joint venture partners in China.
