BIRDS OF METAL IN FLIGHT: AN EVENING OF POETRY WITH 5 + 5

On Wednesday, February 25, the Weatherhead East Asian Institute invites you to an evening of poetry with internationally renowned artist Xu Bing, five eminent Chinese poets (Bei Dao, Ouyang Jianghe, Xi Chuan, Zhai Yongming, Zhou Zan), and five eminent American poets (Charles Bernstein, Mei-Mei Berssenbrugge, Pierre Joris, Marilyn Nelson, Afaa Weaver).

On Wednesday, February 25, the Weatherhead East Asian Institute invites you to an evening of poetry with internationally renowned artist Xu Bing, five eminent Chinese poets (Bei Dao, Ouyang Jianghe, Xi Chuan, Zhai Yongming, Zhou Zan), and five eminent American poets (Charles Bernstein, Mei-Mei Berssenbrugge, Pierre Joris, Marilyn Nelson, Afaa Weaver). 

This special event will take place at the Cathedral Church of St. John the Divine, where Xu Bing's monumental "Phoenix" installation is currently displayed.
