Please join us at the Wilson Center for a conversation with The New Yorker’s Evan Osnos on his new book Age of Ambition: Chasing Fortune, Truth, and Faith in the New China, presented by the Kissinger Institute on China and the United States and the Asia Program.

Evan Osnos lived in and reported from China from 2005 to 2013, first with the Chicago Tribune and then with The New Yorker. His New Yorker essays won a wide readership through their effortless blend of personal stories and policy analysis, their generosity and objectivity, and their literary quality. Those same strengths make Age of Ambition the most compelling portrait of contemporary China now on the market. Mr. Osnos will discuss The Age of Ambition, his new assignment in Washington, and his take on Sino-U.S. relations.

Continental breakfast will be served starting at 8:00am.
