Screening: 72 Heroes (CAFF 2011)
The 2011 Chinese American Film Festival presents a screening of 72 Heroes.
During the uprise in Gunagzhou against corruptive rule of warlords in 1927, two masters in Lingnan style Chinese traditional painting contributed in their own way in the revolution. Gao Jianfu raised fund and supplied firearms while Pan Dawei collected the remains of martyrs and buried them under the monument in Huang Hua Hill.
