Brie Loskota, managing director of the USC Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences' Center for Religion and Civic Culture, traveled to China on Sept. 20-29 as part of the U.S.-China Education Trust's American Studies Network program.

She also spoke at a forum hosted by the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences' Center of Jewish Studies Shanghai about the experiences of Jews in China and the United States.
"The trip was an excellent opportunity to share the center's model of interdisciplinary scholarship on American culture and religion with our colleagues in China." Loskota said.
Loskota also participated in a roundtable discussion as part of the American Studies Facility Training program organized by the School of English and International Studies at Beijing Foreign Studies University.
This trip was sponsored by the USC. U.S. - China Institute.
