An Interview With Bill Whitaker of 60 Minutes

Emmy-winning news correspondent Bill Whitaker recently visited USC, hosted by the Institute for Diversity and Empowerment at Annenberg (IDEA). Whitaker, who for decades covered issues on the West Coast for CBS Evening News, is now a correspondent for “60 Minutes.” US-China Today sat down with Whitaker to learn about his time as a CBS News correspondent in Asia from 1989 to 1992.
