As the first student enrolled in the Concord College UK from mainland China, he became the chief representative of the school's enrollment in China after graduation. With his help, hundreds of Chinese students have been recommended to Concord College UK and the world's top universities in the past ten years. Francis played a leading role in the establishment of the SCBS in 2017. SCBS was founded with the full support of the Huangpu District, the first 12-year consistent Private International School in the region. SCBS brought in the academic management team and outstanding foreign teachers of Concord UK directly and collaborated with local academic leaders and outstanding young teachers to form a first-class teaching team. 

With over 10 years of practical experience in China's capital market, Francis focuses on the investment of life science, and advanced technology. Some of the early-round portfolio companies have products on the market and completed IPO on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and China’s A-shares market. As a visionary entrepreneur, he has been working alongside leading business figures, renowned scientists, and industry experts to drive innovation and development in the medical health and high-tech sectors.
