China's Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution through Literature

Explore the Chinese Cultural Revolution through our new book groups! Middle school teachers will read the autobiographical memoir, Red Scarf Girl; high school teachers will read stories in The Execution of Mayor Yin and Other Stories of the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution. Both groups will examine this period of chaos and upheaval in China through the voices of those that were there.
