Huang Hongjiang joined China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1996. He was educated at Xiamen University and the Foreign Affairs University of China. He’s served in the Ministry’s Africans affairs, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan affairs, and consular affairs departments and served in Monrovia, Liberia and Sydney, Australia prior to joining China’s U.N. Mission.
