Dr. Tung served from 2006-2008 as the Vice Chairman (i.e., Vice Minister) of Taiwan's Mainland Affairs Council, which is a cabinet ministry. He is Director of the Center for Prediction Markets at National Chengchi University and currently a visiting scholar at UC Berkeley.
