Willa Dong is a 2nd year doctoral student in Health Behavior at the Gillings School of Global Public Health. Prior to entering UNC, she worked as a Research Fellow at the Chinese Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and as a Research Assistant at the Shenzhen Center for Chronic Disease Control. Willa also received a Fulbright in 2009 to study rural women’s access to prenatal care in northern China. Willa earned an MSPH in International Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and a BA from UC-Berkeley in Public Health.
