Terry Weidner is the Director of the Maureen and Mike Mansfield Center at the University of Montana. He received his Ph.D. from the University of California, Davis in Chinese History. He has worked as a political officer at the U.S. Embassy in Beijing and as a Chinese policial and economic analyst for the Foreign Broadcast Information Service in Washington, DC.
