The Political Process of Chinese Land: Partial Reform, Vested Interests and Small Properties

Mr. Shitong Qiao is completing his J.S.D. at Yale Law School and is a research scholar at the U.S.-Asia Law Institute of the New York University School of Law. During his time at NYU, Mr. Qiao participates in property-related research projects and collaborates with Professor Frank Upham on a seminar about property rights in developing countries.
