For the past two years, China's rise in geoeconomics has taken a new step with the creation of new international financial institutions such as the Asian Investment Infrastructure Bank (AIIB) and the launch of the "One Belt, One Road" Initiative. The internationalization of the renminbi (RMB) has started, so have Chinese outbound investments, with recent increases in Europe and the United States. Meanwhile, China is also increasing its outreach in other areas such as diplomacy, soft power, and the military. What are the challenges facing the international community, especially the United States and Europe? Le Corre’s book, China’s Offensive in Europe, will be available for purchase and signing after the event by Brazos Bookstore.
