Honolulu Academy of Arts presents a performance of "Beloved Music of Taiwan" by composer Kuo Jhih Yuan. Composer Kuo Jhih Yuan is so admired in Taiwan, that a choir is named after him and is dedicated to his music. His hugely popular songs such as Nobody Knows My Heart, The Red Rose, and Morning at Feng Bridge will be well represented in this concert. Joining the visiting choir will be local Taiwan cultural choir, Ga-Im, for an evening of folk melodies.
