Dr. Chi Su (PhD Columbia, MA SAIS, Johns Hopkins, BA National Chengchi University) is Senior Advisor to the President of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and Chairman of the Taipei Forum. Dr. Su has served in numerous academic and government positions in Taiwan. These include: Secretary-General, National Security Council, ROC (2008-2010), Legislator of the Republic of China (2005-2008), Professor, Institute of China Studies, Tamkang University (2000 - 2005), and Chairman, Mainland Affairs Council, Executive Yuan (1999 - 2000).
