David Dollar, World Bank
David Dollar is the World Bank country director for China and Mongolia, based in Beijing. He previously worked in the research department of the World Bank and in the economics department at UCLA. His publications focus on globalization, poverty and inequality, aid effectiveness, and economic reform in Asia. He has a PhD in economics from NYU and a BA in Chinese studies from Dartmouth College.
