Fund Raising

The students in my art classes wanted to do something for the Tsunami
Disaster. We decided to have an art show with the art work.
Three parents have offered to mat and frame their works. We will
have 100 items featured and all monies will be sent to the American
Red Cross. You might want to try something like that at your school.[Edit by="pdobkin on Jan 16, 11:31:52 AM"][/Edit]

Although your post is about three years old, I'd love to find out the results of you efforts.

Hopefully, you still participate in the forums.

This program funds small projects (about $2,500) in all 50 states. The most recent call for proposals was just announced Nov. 11, 2008. Perhaps you have an Asia-related program that you'd like to hold (a speaker, a performance, a field trip, a book purchase, or ....)? Please do apply and let us know how it works out.
