The China Institute presents a lecture by prominent antique collector, connoisseur, art critic and painter in the traditional style, Mr. Yajian Liu.

Prominent antique collector, connoisseur, art critic and painter in the traditional style, Mr. Yajian Liu will speak on the upsurge of antique collection in China and the rapid growth of the antique market in China over the last few decades. Drawing on his personal experience in antique collection over the last 30 years, Liu will relate the history of antique collection in China, analyze the current status of the antique market, and discuss the dynamics and undercurrent of antique collection in Chinese society.
