Alibaba Global Leadership Academy (Deadline: June 20, 2016)
The Alibaba Global Leadership Academy (AGLA) is a transformational talent development program dedicated to fostering future Alibaba global leaders who will serve as cultural ambassadors and business pioneers, creating the foundation for Alibaba’s global business expansion. It is a full-time job starting with a 16-month intensive rotational program across Alibaba’s core business units in Hangzhou. Upon completing the rotations, AGLA participants will be assigned to a business role in one of our global offices around the world. Every year, we will hire 102 global talents for the AGLA program, which is also open to existing staff in the company.
The vision is to:
Invigorate graduates with Alibaba’s business vision and passion, so that they can build Alibaba’s culture within their teams and externally to customers and partners
Acquire the best global talent and provide them with a transformational experience that equips them with the necessary business skills to play a critical role in our international expansion
Strengthen the working bonds and network between overseas teams and Hangzhou HQ by providing a learning environment where international participants also have the opportunity to share their knowledge and culture with HZ-based staff
