Speaker's Bio:

Tendzin Choegyal was recognized as Ngari Rinpche at the age of 3 and was brought up as a monk. He is the youngest brother of His Holiness the Dalai Lama. Since 1971 he worked at the Tibet Children's Village as a teacher, at the Private Office of His Holiness, served in the Indian Army, worked at the security department of Central Tibetan Administration and was a member of the 12th Tibetan Parliament in exile. He is married to Rinchen Khando and they have lived in Dharamsala since 1971.
